Also, when arrived to the appointment time to receive the vehicle, there was some paperwork that still had to be completed, a well as the vehicle had to be filled up, and there was no plate ordered or picked up as requested and committed to be done. We were not in a hurry, so did not bother us, just thought those finer details should be completed and ready for time of the appointment. We had a lot of fun interacting with the staff, so again, the wait for those things to be completed did not bother us. Someone that was on a tight timeline, it might. Brent and Glenn were great to deal with, and made the experience comfortable and fun. More
