Great Customer Service I came into your dealership looking to possibly buy a new Grand Caravan. I met Mori and he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and not pus I came into your dealership looking to possibly buy a new Grand Caravan. Later in the week we talked again and he let me know that they had just taken in a 2012 Grand Caravan on a trade in. Mori was able to secure me a good price on it and snows on rims as well which was important to me. I was very impressed with Mori's sales and customer service skills. I'm in that business myself and recognize superior service when I see it. Terrilyn took care of my financing for me and was very friendly and professional. Terrilyn explained all of my options in a patient and easy to understand manner. Very enjoyable! Hopefully there is a buy three get the fourth free or something like that coming up, wonder if I needed to get a card stamped for that. Darrell listened, responded with understanding of my issues and said that my issues were not uncommon with this dealership. He said that the issues had been corrected. I felt confident enough to give Courtesy another try, upgraded to the exact model (although I was not able to get my desired colour....Copper) I had originally wanted.
