Looking for friendly staff look no futher 1 month ago we started off by buying a van from Eastside Dodge. The sales man was very pushy and did a lot of fast talking to make things sound better 1 month ago we started off by buying a van from Eastside Dodge. The sales man was very pushy and did a lot of fast talking to make things sound better then what it really was. The said van only came came with one key and I was forced to buy new ones off line. I decided after the headaches that I was not going back to them to have the keys programmed and I went to Courtsey instead. The experience was great from the time I walked through the door. The staff was friendly and was able to help right away. While waiting on the keys I decided to look in the showroom at the cars there and was approached by Brent who asked if I was needing any help. We got talking about looking at a new van and he was able to give us a few options. They even gave us the courtsey of using the new van while ours was being dealt with so we could get home to our kids for lunch. He was not pushy and in no way tried to force us to look at anything that we didn't want, he was very helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted. In the end we ended up purchasing the new van. Our payments ended up being about $40.00 higher but that was not really a downfall and in no way changed our minds about the purchase. Unlike Eastside Dodge where you need to get approval from their "SPECIAL" finance person. Everything was done without issues. They even paid our service bill for the keys, they include the mud flaps on all the vehicles that you buy and we drove the new home the same day. Overall our experience was great and we will highly reccomend them to our family and friends. In the future when it is time to trade in our truck we will be talking there. More
