The finance team was able to lead me through the experience with ease. I have yet to come in contact with service again so the only negative I have is there is still an over aggressive approach to the numbers, try not to make the customer feel you are pushing deals to them, leave it up to them to pick up the pen and sign don't force it in their hand. (that same approach was used the first time and why I didn't sign then) More

We first dealt with Kris as he was my first contact and was a great manager who was willing to give us the time and ask us about what we were looking for. He then handed us off to Darrell who took us out to the truck that we were interested in. Darrell was very knowledgeable about the truck and took the time to go over all of the details of the truck. HIs knowledge showed through while we were on the test drive which was relaxing and personable. We then moved on to Joan to deal with some parts that we wanted added to the truck and finally Stephen for financing. Every time there was a warm hand off and not once did we feel pressured to do anything or choose something that wasn't for us. Stephen even stayed an hour late to get our financing in order so that we could drive home that day. This was easily the most welcoming and enjoyable vehicle purchase that we could've asked for More
