Jeep Patriot I've has some really bad past experience with dealerships before so it was really nice how easy and painless the process was here. Everyone works so hard and they got everything to me way faster than expected and they followed through with everything. I got my car within a couple hours of picking it since it wasn't on the lot. They had left immediately to go get it because they knew I was time sensitive to my job and was possibly needing to leave town the next day or the day after. It was like that too with adding the finishing touches. Because I was possibly leaving soon they got me in the next morning to put the 3m on my jeep. Unfortunately they didn't have time to do the fenders that day so they made a promise to call when there was time. I had forgotten they hadn't put the 3m on and they called to remind me and book a time as soon as they had a second which was good or I wouldn't have remembered. It was really nice that they've followed up to make sure I'm enjoying my new car. My sales guy was ridiculously knowledgeable. He knew the answer to every question I had. It was really nice and comforting to deal with someone who knew what they were talking about. He was also super friendly and easy to talk to. More

Find that intrest over 5% a little excessive . But the fact that I needed a car urgent and took care of insurance for me made things much easier. Great help with 3rd Party Warranty - at Service Dept I bought a used 2010 Jeep from Courtesy Chrysler in Jan 2014 I was very happy with the experience I was also able to purchase a third party warranty I bought a used 2010 Jeep from Courtesy Chrysler in Jan 2014 I was very happy with the experience I was also able to purchase a third party warranty on the vehicle – which seemed like a good idea – as it was a Grand Cherokee Limited and therefore has lots of fancy features and computer systems that could fail Boy am I happy I was able to get that warranty... In October my vehicle started to “shudder” when the vehicle was going a certain speed and at a certain RPM. With winter approaching we needed to look at this as soon as possible as the “fix” was to get the RPMs to increase (not a good thing on snow/ice)! I asked the Service Center to do everything in their power to ensure the third party warranty takes care me as I have no "spare" cash - hence the reason I went for a newer used car in the first place. Although it took quite a few weeks to follow the painstaking third party rules and regulations of the warranty - it was covered!! I still had to pay a bit of shop supplies and a warranty deductible - but overall saved me money I did not have!! I was provided a brand new 2015 car for a loaner. The folks in the service bay helped to get all the snow off the vehicle - even though they did not need to. Many of the folks offered me coffee while I was there to pick up the loaner. Ahmed (Service Manager) – was always quick to return calls & ensure I was kept up to date I never had to talk to the warranty people – not once! He took care of reaching out to them & dealing with them. We had a recent death in the family - so life was stressful enough without losing my vehicle for the time - but Ahmed made life much easier - thank you! I realized leaving – that they are always so polite & helpful…that’s when it hit me – they are called COURTESY Chrysler – good name for a company that is very courteous!!
