Like taking two days to complete an oil change when I had an appointment and there was no other work to be done on the truck, and there was not even a courtesy call to inform me I had to call them to see what was taking so long. So we moved on and decided to go to Courtesy Chrysler and it was like night and day they are very helpful and make sure the customer is happy and we appreciate that. There service is outstanding and we will be taking our truck there from now on. More
