They rip you off on your trade! I went to Courtesy because of these reviews, they offered me so little on my trade it was insulting! The price on the vehicle I was interested in was I went to Courtesy because of these reviews, they offered me so little on my trade it was insulting! The price on the vehicle I was interested in was also higher than than the sticker in the vehicle, ( they didn't know I saw it in the glove box!) and the factory rebate wan't even applied to the price I was given! They lie about everything,rebates,value of trades and the best one, mud flaps, wheel locks and nitrogen in the tires, ($499) None of that was even done on the vehicle! I ended up buying a vehicle at Eastside and saved over $3000! Never go here unless you like being ripped off and insulted! More

Amazing experience! I went to Courtesy Chrysler thinking it would be a nightmare to trade in my Jeep for the car of my dreams, that had EVERYTHING I wanted! I was greeted I went to Courtesy Chrysler thinking it would be a nightmare to trade in my Jeep for the car of my dreams, that had EVERYTHING I wanted! I was greeted by Khalil right away and he was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't push for a sale, he actually listened to me and what I wanted and he made it happen. For a somewhat newer employee, I would say he knows his stuff and he does is job well! The day I picked up my Chrysler 200 he even went as far as letting me follow him and filling up my gas so I had a brand new car and a full tank, now that's service. He then set me up with Lanette who worked magic with the banks to get me the rates I wanted and what worked best for me. She is absolutely fabulous and always follows up with you. Lastly everything was finished up by Stephen who was very fast and efficient and lovely to work with. I went from not thinking it could be done, to having my dream car less than a week later.
