We had our van serviced before at Courtesy Chrysler and decided to go there first. Right from the get go it was a totally different feeling than the previous dealings. This purchase would be our forth Dodge Grand Caravan, so selling us on the product was not at issue. We were met by Kelly Ryan who was very friendly and extremely helpful. First time I felt like the salesperson was actually looking out for our best interest. There were no high pressure sales tactics, which was much appreciated. Dealing with Glenn Locke and Stephen Cheung were a pleasure. I know they both went above and beyond To get us into our new vehicle. Thanks guys!! More
