Great find We had checked out the car we liked when the dealership was closed, we went back the next day when they were open. We were greeted by Maria Gonzales and within 20 minutes we were test driving our first choice. She drove the car as well allowing us to hear the engine and feel the ride before test driving it ourselves. We were treated wonderfully by the entire team, especially Maria. When we went in to sit with the financial person, Ed, he was also very kind and worked hard to get us a good interest rate on our financing. I am so happy we chose to go with Courtesy Chrysler! More

Excellent Joe Mr. Joe Tarzwell was the first service advisor I delt with from courtesychrysler Calgary. It was very good experience Joe give to me. Joe was so friendly and explained and answered my situation and questions very well. He made suggestions professional and reasonable. He tried hard to get things done right and make sure it is convenience to me. He care about my car, he even texted me at Sunday night to ask how's my car doing. Good job Joe! Although my Jeep still has ongoing issue, but Joe will be the advisor I will go to in the future for sure. For his part of job, he is great! More

Not Impressed! Dealer called me twice wanting me to trade my 2011 Journey on new 2015. Said I could have 60 month no interest and my extended warranty was transfera Dealer called me twice wanting me to trade my 2011 Journey on new 2015. Said I could have 60 month no interest and my extended warranty was transferable. Apparently this was not the case at all. Warranty was not transferable and terms were 0% for 36 months. I will also add that my warranty extends to the end of my payments, so I would have better and more warranty on my existing 2011 than I would on the 2015. Was not planning on trading my car as I am happy with it. But with the above incentive I was able to cut my interest and have more km left on car at the end of my payments. They lied just to get us to the dealership not impressed wasted my afternoon. May I remind that they called me! Said they really needed the 2011. Managers excuse was the sales person that called was new and screwed up REALLY!!! I am so not impressed with this dealership right now. More
