My husband and i talked and agreed that out of all we talked to we wanted to go threw someone that had morals and integrity, We went back to Glenn know most people sales or otherwise would have given up when Last year my Husband messed our credit up badly and all though we started repairing it we should not have been able to get into anything new for at least 2 more years. on a person that had a loan on a truck for only a year of payments and 42 credit hits THIS IS BAD BY THE WAY. Glenn helped us and when other woulds have walked away He fought for us and took my husbands 1 million calls I AM NOT KIDDING HE CALLED A LOT ! However after going to Glenn we are glad and very happy customers as tonight we drove off in a ram 1500 2015 truck i have not seen a smile like that on my husbands face since our honeymoon, THANK YOU GLENN FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF US! and to vince and david thank you. Over the top I took my car in for a service and to have new tires installed. Unfortunately, the tires had issues with being correctly balanced. The service department and Steve, the advisor, went the extra mile to address and correct the problem which turned out to be defective tires. I am extremely impressed by the efforts of everyone to make sure I was taken care of. More

To notch service When we arrived at the dealership we weren't even sure if we were going to buy. We were more or less kicking tires. Colin greeted us in the lot and began asking questions as to what our likes and dislikes were. Colin was making sure we got the vehicle WE wanted. We decided on a 2015 Trailhead which sadly our color was on a sister lot. Stephen and Lynette (finance) went above and beyond to get us our new vehicle. Registration and insurance were switched at the dealership so that save us time. After signing the papers, Colin walked us through the vehicle and showed us all the gadgets and what this amazing vehicle can do. Not sure I will be climbing mountains anytime soon but you never know. I just want to say thank you so much to Colin for making this buying process smooth and easy. More

She was very thorough concerning our questions and her upbeat attitude was excellent. Although it was a bit of wait since they had just moved their office to a different location it was still a positive experience. Thomas' mild humour when it came to the explanation of the financing terms available was great. Ed was brilliant at answering all of our financial questions, as well as explaining what he was doing and offering the reasoning behind his recommendations. When it came time to pick up my new-to-me vehicle, Maria was awesome. She had returned all of calls in a timely manner earlier that day and dealt with any last minute issues I had as well as did her best to make sure that I would be on the road as soon as possible. She was also kind enough to ensure that my rims/tires had been cleaned (transferred over from my previous vehicle), given me a loot bag (filled with nifty items) and pink balloon to commemorate my purchase.
