Poor diagnosis Our vehicle was brought in for an oil change, where all fluids were to be checked. We asked them to investigate a grinding noise. Their analysis reported that there could be a foreign object in the fan and could be upwards to $1200 to fix. We stopped driving the vehicle to prevent further damage while we saved for the fix. Months later, a family member came to visit and asked about the vehicle. Within 5 minutes he determined that the power steering motor needed fluid. An $8 bottle of the proper fluid for our vehicle fixed the "foreign object in the fan". It appears that training is needed for your staff or are you in the business of trying to rip off your once loyal customers?! More

Great Service My check engine light and my electronic throttle warming light came on this morning on my way to work, but I made it to the dealer. Of course I didn't My check engine light and my electronic throttle warming light came on this morning on my way to work, but I made it to the dealer. Of course I didn't have an appointment but the Service Advisor( Steve Jones) was able to get my truck in, he also looked up my service record and suggested a wheel alignment. Steve told me to leave it with him for the day and he will see what he can do. I told him that I rinsed off the engine last night and that was the problem as they did find some water in one of the PCM connectors. They dried it out and performed a test and confirmed that was indeed the problem. They also did the alignment and I was able to get my truck back that same day.
