I have nothing but rave reviews for Candace Sullivan and Kelly Ryan who worked very quickly and efficiently to get me into my new van in our time constraints with dealing with insurance. Kelly Ryan was professional and even kept his cool and got me off the lot quickly in my new van even though he wasn't aware I was coming (oops miscommunication). He even helped me connect my phone so my Bluetooth and Uconnect worked. This is my 4th vehicle purchase from this location and this was hands down the best experience by far even with our telephone tag Candace Sullivan :) My only complaint of this dealership was a recent service I had done to replace my radio. There was a CD left in my vehicle and I didn't realize that was part of what was being changed and we still to this day don't have it. They also took over 20 mins to bring my vehicle to me when I arrived and it still had plastic on it when I went to get in it. I was not happy that day with the communication that my vehicle was ready. My vehicle was ready hours before I was ever notified that it was ready to go. I would return to courtesy to purchase my next vehicle but I'm not so sure I ever want to return for any service there again More
