They were helpful to a fault, understanding and accepting a very bad job had been done. I was given a hire car during the recovery period, the tow of my truck back to the dealership was arranged and paid for without question. Excellent examples of how customer problems should be dealt with. The service technician who actually did the service was a different story entirely. 3 tasks: an ATF service, a coolant change, and a recall fix ( diesel heater). After driving home, my garage floor covered in ATF fluid, and the whole bottom of the truck covered front to back also. Then discovered the coolant cap was left loose and hence the engine compartment also covered in coolant overspill. No idea how the recall fix was actually done, just hoping on that one, but 2 out of 3 tasks ending in disaster - not a good day for the service bay! More

Customer service at its finest!! Both my husband and I have had such excellent customer service whenever we bought our vehicles!! That's 3 in the last 3 years!! She did an excellent job in qualifying what I was looking for, and found a truck for me that had everything I wanted. She was prompt in returning my calls and setting up appointments, and got back to me whenever I had questions. As a sales rep myself I really appreciated her care and professionalism. Justin and Candace were both great to deal with as well, and I felt that I got a really good and fair deal on my trade in.
