Amazing Service A few weeks ago, I decided to try out Courtesy Chrysler to see if they could help me out with my current vehicle and not so good financial situation. A few weeks ago, I decided to try out Courtesy Chrysler to see if they could help me out with my current vehicle and not so good financial situation. I was very hesitant as my dealings with their service department was less than stellar, but none the less I decided to give it another chance. I met with Glenn Locke and explained to him what my situation was and he was very understanding and honest with what they could possibly do for me. He later introduced me to Tim Puddifant and he was fantastic with explaining what the process was going to be and to have faith that they will be able to help me out. And sure enough they did! :) Both Glenn and Tim were in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on and I am amazed at both of their levels of excellent customer service! Big kudos to both Glenn and Tim for not giving up and doing everything possible to get me into my new Jeep Patriot! :) I would highly recommend Tim Puddifant and Glenn Locke if you are looking for your next vehicle!! I was unsure which model of vehicle I was looking for, but knew that I loved driving a Jeep. Darrell spend HOURS with me going over the different Jeep models and we went for numerous test drives. Based on my needs and what I liked about my previous Jeep, Darrell suggested the Jeep Cherokee. I am extremely pleased with my new Jeep Cherokee.
