Glenn was quite enthusiastic about making a deal and helped make it more or less painless. was willing to negotiate to make me feel geed about my purchase. Then I was handed over to Candace, she is nuts. in a good way....she was friendly, funny, made me feel very comfortable as she took all my money. Darrell and the Manager Kris handled it very well and I am happy with the outcome. So the sales side of things went well and they were and still are very helpful a month after purchasing. I have personally been dealing with this dealership for 5 years and hopefully more to come. More

Intimidation and right on par with east side dodge I came in looking for a new truck and Khalil was good at initially helping me but he said I'd only be there for an hour but that ended up being 4 hrs I came in looking for a new truck and Khalil was good at initially helping me but he said I'd only be there for an hour but that ended up being 4 hrs with no solid answers on anything. Then when Thom made me an offer he found out what I owed on my trade in and treated me like some hobo who was trading in a shopping cart full of bottles as collateral for my car. He was not only rude and made me feel uncomfterable but he must have had to work at east side dodge before because I didn't think Courteousy was about high pressure sales. They are unorganized and I got transferred like eight times whenever I seemed to call them. Ed was great and so was glen Locke but after this experience I will never ever deal with them again. I was a faithful costumer for 5 yrs but because of the waiting and jerky service from Thom and negligent behaviour from Khalil I won't be doing business with them again. More
Poor experience Back in 2003 I had a bad experience and bought my jeep at a rival dealer. Fast forward we were looking for a used truck and new SUV. The guy we dealt with couldn't seem to understand what our maximum price on the truck was. No matter how many times he was told what the price range I was looking at. He kept asking what he had to do to get us in the truck he wanted to show. I was quite clear drop the price $8,000 or don't waste my time. He belittled us, kept saying numbers don't matter, oh and if you like it we can't work something out.. He treated us like we were wasting his time. I told him over and over what our maximum price was and he just couldn't seem to comprehend there was simply no chance we were willing to exceed that number. Oddly enough even after the test drive he couldn't figure out why I still said drop the price $8000. During our discussion he even asked if I would buy an used lamburgini for $20,000 sight unseen after I made I clear I wasn't interested in looking at trucks that were 10,000 above my price range. I accepted that offer instantly, as at this point he was acting quite ignorant, my acceptance of this offer only encouraged him to become someone more arrogant and disinterested in making a sale. We didn't even bother discussing the suv which we had a much higher budget in mind. After what's the point in trying to work with someone who has no interest in dealing with you. Fast forward three hours and a rival auto dealer who was quite pleasant to deal with sold us a very nice used 3/4ton 4x4 and new SUV. That's two bad experiences here, and resulted in the loss of two brand new vehicles one late model used and all the service over the past and future years. A tip for this dealership, actually listen to what your customers are telling you, and dont assume because I dress in casual clothes I can't afford the purchases. All of these were cash deals. So if numbers don't matter that's well over $120,000 in lost sales. During our three weeks of looking at dozens of vehicles and dealing with well over a dozen different dealerships and sales people, this is by far the one that stuck out as bad. All the others were excellent to deal with and very attentive and receptive to what we wanted and were telling them. More

My husband and i talked and agreed that out of all we talked to we wanted to go threw someone that had morals and integrity, We went back to Glenn know most people sales or otherwise would have given up when Last year my Husband messed our credit up badly and all though we started repairing it we should not have been able to get into anything new for at least 2 more years. on a person that had a loan on a truck for only a year of payments and 42 credit hits THIS IS BAD BY THE WAY. Glenn helped us and when other woulds have walked away He fought for us and took my husbands 1 million calls I AM NOT KIDDING HE CALLED A LOT ! However after going to Glenn we are glad and very happy customers as tonight we drove off in a ram 1500 2015 truck i have not seen a smile like that on my husbands face since our honeymoon, THANK YOU GLENN FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF US! and to vince and david thank you.
