They also took the time to present a used 1 yr Limited with many of the extended features I was already looking for in a new. Yes we did get that one. Grand Cherokee Servicing 2011 model Greta service and honoured warranty and recall items. Steve was so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend dealing with him. I had brought the JEEP Greta service and honoured warranty and recall items. Steve was so friendly and efficient. I highly recommend dealing with him. I had brought the JEEP 2011 in for brakes and addressing a light for the 4 wheel drive service. It turns out the brakes were a recall item (booster) and were totally covered by Chrysler. And the 4 wheel drive module and tipum ended up being covered under warranty. Although I think they may have burned out the Tipum instaling the module. More

I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe at the service desk and he ensured I knew exactly what was happening with the vehicle and kept me updated with the service. Joe stayed after his shift had finished to ensure that I had been taken care of and that the vehicle would be booked in and he would let me know if there were any changes. I feel Joe went above and beyond my expectations and remained extremely professional. More
