Excellent Service From Courtesy Collision Centre My Dodge Grand Caravan Crew sustained body damage to the tailgate during regular service in mid-June, two days prior to leaving Calgary for the summer My Dodge Grand Caravan Crew sustained body damage to the tailgate during regular service in mid-June, two days prior to leaving Calgary for the summer months. The damage was documented and Courtesy Chrysler service department accepted responsibility to fix at the time. When I returned to Calgary in early September I was directed to Courtesy Collision. Tonjia Feltham was my contact. Tonjia seemed to be having pushback from Courtesy service in dealing with the issue. Tonjia required almost a week and a half to get agreement on the repair and arranging a loner vehicle. Throughout the process Tonjia was a tiger in dealing with the service department and others that she coordinated with to get approvals. She kept me up to date with what was going on. In the end the vehicle was repaired and the tailgate looks new again. I commend Tonjia for her tenacity and skills in making the arrangements. More

While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced my husband went to look at some newer models as we had realised we were not 4 cylinder people but needed a good ole v6 or more. While browsing Patrick was introduced to my husband and he went above and beyond to ensure we could trade in our model, get a newer model with everything we wanted but still be within our price range. Patrick was friendly, charismatic and down to earth. He never made me or my husband feel stupid for our lack of car knowledge or like we were just another sale. Once our warranty is up in 5 years, we definitely plan on trading in with Patrick and upgrading to a newer model again. This is my 5th vehicle and Patrick is hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with.
