Excellent Service by Jazz Kanda!! I was looking at the Chrysler 200 S and wanted to visit the showroom to take a test drive and figure out the pricing and special deals for the car. The Chrysler Glendeer Circle showroom is excellent, clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Jazz approached me with a smile and was warm, very friendly, easy to talk to and to deal with. He took time to understand my needs and took me for a test drive of the car. The Chrysler 200 S felt like a dream with beautiful award winning interiors, beautiful looks and extremely smooth to drive and I instantly knew I wanted to buy this car but had to work out pricing as it was slightly over my budget. Jazz however understood my situation and was kind enough to work out an offer which I couldn't refuse. I also visited couple other Chrysler showrooms in Calgary to compare apples to apples but wasn't very happy with their services and the sales person that I spoke with. I had made up my mind that I would only like to deal with Jazz. I finally ended up buying the car from this showroom and would like to extend my sincere thanks to Jazz and his team for their excellent customer service!! In my most recent visits, I dealt with a much improved staff though the agent I dealt with on my last visit felt more like a (shark) sales person than a support staff.
