Staff were amazing , will never go anywhere else for a car . My salesman, Harman, Brad and Dave from Finance did an excellent job at explaining the various products available to me.. I spent 6 hours there but at the end, I left with what is (I hope) the ideal car for my needs. Although I came in with a different vehicle in mind, the team made me realize that The Grand Cherokee (Overland Altitude) was a lot more suitable... I left there with my new vehicle with a few outstanding items (to be completed in the new year) tired but with a big smile! Thanks again team for the excellent job / Service!!! Keep it up!!! SERVICE MAINTENANCE Our company has been taking our fleet vehicles (>100) to Courtesy for over 5 years. The name tells it all! all service staff, especially Madison Yorke Our company has been taking our fleet vehicles (>100) to Courtesy for over 5 years. The name tells it all! all service staff, especially Madison Yorke, are always there for your benefit (and your vehicle of course). We have never had an issue with the mechanics telling us "you should do this." When an unknown has come to light, the staff explain the need to have the issue dealt with now or in the future, whatever is deemed appropriate. As a result, our vehilces have never had an out of service incident. The staff perform unsolicted and without charge items that prevent this: i.e. battery checks at the beginning of winter. Excellent, friendly and knowlegable service My one and a half year old Grand Caravan Crew had a very uncomfortable issue with the transmission. It was seriously clonking about every 5th. time wh My one and a half year old Grand Caravan Crew had a very uncomfortable issue with the transmission. It was seriously clonking about every 5th. time while shifting into the Drive from Park/Reverse/Neutral. I went to Courtesy for another reason (Engine light - faulty oil pressure sensor) but also mentioned the transmission issue which bothered me terribly for almost a year. The recent software update for the transmission, issued by Chrysler, fixed the clonking problem completely. It was my best Christmas present!!! Excellent Salesmanship I walked into the Courtesy dealership with the intention of test driving a few trucks but within two hours I found myself signing a check for a Ram 15 I walked into the Courtesy dealership with the intention of test driving a few trucks but within two hours I found myself signing a check for a Ram 1500 and it was all due to Phill.
