We were greeted as soon as we entered. Our salesman Nick McCartney, was very knowledgeable. I made it clear that I didn't want a high pressure sales person and that he was not. He asked pertinent questions and really listened to what we wanted. We thought we wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee and after questioning us, he said really all we needed was a Cherokee. He saved us about 20,000. The test drive he took us on really showed me what the Jeep could do. I was sold. Candace Sullivan did the financing for us and was personable and even went to bat for me when I had difficulty transferring the registration. Without a doubt, the best dealership experience we've ever had. More

We simply stopped by the showroom to check out the new jeep lineup, and drove out a few days later in a new Dodge Journey. We couldn't be happier with our decision and purchase, Nick was fantastic to work with and took our negative experience to heart and really made us feel heard and he worked hard to fix our "situation". We would recommend Nick to friends and family for their future car purchases. The other staff, Lanette and Darrell were both fantastic to deal with and made it a seamless experience from start to finish. More

I wouldn't be writing this because negative reviews don't really do anyone any good, except that my sales consultant insisted and I have gotten many emails stating to "contact the sales, service, management team with any concerns"... however my concerns have hardly even been acknowledged. And when I saw my sales consultant when I was picking up my vehicle from service, he turned and walked in the other direction... I guess I can't blame him, I wouldn't want to deal with me either. Let me first start by saying that the service department is wonderful, they're basically my best pals, I have them all on speed dial since I started purchasing Jeep products... not a good sign. But they have been patient and understanding and tried to resolve as much as possible during my almost weekly appointments. Finance manager - great customer service, and very helpful. ______ Jeep #1 (Oct 2014)- replaced within 1 week for busted transmission Jeep #2 (Oct 2014)- 50+ days in service in the first 12 months Jeep #3 (Oct 2015: different model) - After many many months of issues, and back and forth with the management team on my situation Courtesy seemed to be willing to work with me to rectify the situation. I did not expect miracles for my trade in but they seemed so willing to work with me to get me into a vehicle that was going to be more 'reliable'. I was given a few thousand more for my trade in than other places would have offered but I purchased a much more expensive vehicle, basically doubling my investment. My mistake. I am now stuck with a vehicle that has lost 1/2 its value in 1 month. With a broken heater (at the beginning of winter), warped speakers, broken drivers seat, loose and noisy roof liner, flickering dash lights, and brake issues in the first month of ownership, my hopes are not high. In less than 1300km I will be making my 5th service appointment... and finally things are being addressed that I pointed out on day 1, literally... but I have been reassured that "it's all under warranty" -- What good is a warranty when you're never able to drive your car? Or you're worried every time you get in? I have been phoning, emailing, and trying to get in touch with upper management about this, but there has been no response. To quote the email from the Dealer Principal upon purchasing the vehicle, "Please, be assured that this is not the end of our responsibility, We will complete the car buying experience by providing unprecedented levels of service, convenience, and personalized attention". Why say it at all? If you place value in your relationships with your customers the relationship should not solely consist of apologizing for vehicle deficiencies. More

Worst experience buying a new vehicle I purchased a brand new 2015 Dodge ram 3500. It took several weeks for the vehicle to come in. After the vehicle was on the lot it took several more days for them to notify me that I was able to pick this vehicle up. Immediately after pickup the signal lights went out as well as parking lights and the sun roof sounded liked it wouldn't close. I noticed my salesman. After assuring me he would get this dealt with immediately I did not hear from him for two days. I've had the truck back three time since to have the sun roof dealt with and it is still not fixed. Not only would I never buy a vehicle here again, the service centre is absolutely crap. More

Do not even sign anything until you are in the finance office going over the final numbers its amazing how they change it up After repeating my price over and over again the number that I was willing to pay saying ALL IN except taxes I found out that They " misunderstood" that I wanted side rails. An added 699.00 for a protection package that I was not told about, yes it was on the sheet but the Sales Manager had his hand over it circling the monthly payments over and over again( Which I was not interested in! I wanted overall price . I was given 500.00 voucher from a guy there from head office . I specifically said to him I wanted to use for 3M only to find out that I could only use a part of it for. To apologize for so many misunderstandings they give me a cover " at dealer cost " only to find out later they gave me the cover at cost but charged me full price to install it. Won't be back here again Colin and Candace were great and if they were at a different dealership I would buy from them again. More
