Lanette was also very helpful throughout the process and I appreciate her friendly and courteous attitude. This all happened on a Friday and I was able to pick it up on Monday with the protection package completed. Service department, especially Roger and Christine I just don't know what to say. I had an emergency with my wife's van and Roger went out of his way to get this situation rectified. I did not know that he was the manager until he handed me his card. Such he is such a humble person. I just wanted to say a big kudos to Christine Taylor. I got my oil changed in my Ram. Simple procedure, but she still followed up with me to see how my truck was running and if I had any questions. Lastly, but not least, Yannick. This man has taken care of me, even though I did not purchase my vehicle from him. He listened to my concerns and made sure all was alright.
