I found both Neal and Christine to be extremely helpful with our needs and so very friendly, and they treat you like a person, not a number, which is very important! They take the time to visit while you wait, and just chit chat, which is awesome, as well as keeping me informed of what they were doing and found them to be very caring and honest! I had mentioned to Christine, that our Dakota wants to grow up to be a Ram some day, and she introduced me to Darrell, who was also super friendly and understanding! My husband lost his job in September, so when the time is right we for sure will have our Ram!! We got our Dakota here as well, and are very pleased with all the friendly staff and not to forget about when you need rides home and back again! Splendid service, and we always tell friends to go there for whatever their needs!! Cannot say enough about them!! More

I added a remote start to my car two days ago and Amber helped me and answered all my questions and concerns and followed up. After the installation, I did not know the tech changed the climate mode of my car and I thought something wrong with the A/C. Therefore, I contacted Amber again and she helped me and talked to the technician and let them tested my car again. They did not find anything wrong with the A/C and apparently it was me who did not know about my car (please forgive me because I am a car newbie). I am truly thankful that they tested my again for free. Moreover, the shuttle bus drivers are very polite and friendly too. Thank you all the staff who helped and served me and I will strongly recommend this dealership to my friends. More

After sale and service I bought this truck à month ago made about 6000 km i got thé VIP package for oil change ans extended warranty whit thé truck wich they told me it was I bought this truck à month ago made about 6000 km i got thé VIP package for oil change ans extended warranty whit thé truck wich they told me it was evetything exept rotor and pads i brought it on for an oil change and à 4wd service light on they called me too change spark plugs and câbles and hot brake fluid oil change ans à light burn that never work got thé truck for 1 mo th got do all this work m'y Bill was 800$ and some dollars and thé 4wd light is still on ask for some awnsers à week a go as of y ans still no réal awnser i even took m'y time and went there yesterday and still no awnser manager was on an interview really bad service really extensive really desapointing mechanic even walk on m'y front bumper More
