Service department, especially Roger and Christine I just don't know what to say. I had an emergency with my wife's van and Roger went out of his way to get this situation rectified. He was very conc I just don't know what to say. I had an emergency with my wife's van and Roger went out of his way to get this situation rectified. He was very concerned as this was my wife's vehicle and he could see the concern on her face. We were dejected at first as we had another service advisor tell us that "you're out of luck". Roger made that feeling go away. Kudos to Roger Seegmiller for his outstanding service. What is even better, is that he's the manager and not once did he seem "mighty". I did not know that he was the manager until he handed me his card. Such he is such a humble person. I just wanted to say a big kudos to Christine Taylor. I got my oil changed in my Ram. Simple procedure, but she still followed up with me to see how my truck was running and if I had any questions. Lastly, but not least, Yannick. This man has taken care of me, even though I did not purchase my vehicle from him. He listened to my concerns and made sure all was alright. Every time I come in, it seems as though I am family when he greets me. I cannot express how awesome these guys are at courtesy. More

Excellent Buying Experience Right from when we walked in the door, not knowing what we were going to buy, to the very end, when we bought our 2015 Jeep Cherokee we had the best, Right from when we walked in the door, not knowing what we were going to buy, to the very end, when we bought our 2015 Jeep Cherokee we had the best, personal service. We were greeted as soon as we entered. Our salesman Nick McCartney, was very knowledgeable. I made it clear that I didn't want a high pressure sales person and that he was not. He asked pertinent questions and really listened to what we wanted. We thought we wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee and after questioning us, he said really all we needed was a Cherokee. He saved us about 20,000. The test drive he took us on really showed me what the Jeep could do. I was sold. Candace Sullivan did the financing for us and was personable and even went to bat for me when I had difficulty transferring the registration. Without a doubt, the best dealership experience we've ever had. More

Third Vehicle - This much bad luck cannot be a coincidence Two vehicles with bad luck? Fine... THREE?! Can't be a coincidence. I wouldn't be writing this because negative reviews don't really do anyone any Two vehicles with bad luck? Fine... THREE?! Can't be a coincidence. I wouldn't be writing this because negative reviews don't really do anyone any good, except that my sales consultant insisted and I have gotten many emails stating to "contact the sales, service, management team with any concerns"... however my concerns have hardly even been acknowledged. And when I saw my sales consultant when I was picking up my vehicle from service, he turned and walked in the other direction... I guess I can't blame him, I wouldn't want to deal with me either. Let me first start by saying that the service department is wonderful, they're basically my best pals, I have them all on speed dial since I started purchasing Jeep products... not a good sign. But they have been patient and understanding and tried to resolve as much as possible during my almost weekly appointments. Finance manager - great customer service, and very helpful. ______ Jeep #1 (Oct 2014)- replaced within 1 week for busted transmission Jeep #2 (Oct 2014)- 50+ days in service in the first 12 months Jeep #3 (Oct 2015: different model) - After many many months of issues, and back and forth with the management team on my situation Courtesy seemed to be willing to work with me to rectify the situation. I did not expect miracles for my trade in but they seemed so willing to work with me to get me into a vehicle that was going to be more 'reliable'. I was given a few thousand more for my trade in than other places would have offered but I purchased a much more expensive vehicle, basically doubling my investment. My mistake. I am now stuck with a vehicle that has lost 1/2 its value in 1 month. With a broken heater (at the beginning of winter), warped speakers, broken drivers seat, loose and noisy roof liner, flickering dash lights, and brake issues in the first month of ownership, my hopes are not high. In less than 1300km I will be making my 5th service appointment... and finally things are being addressed that I pointed out on day 1, literally... but I have been reassured that "it's all under warranty" -- What good is a warranty when you're never able to drive your car? Or you're worried every time you get in? I have been phoning, emailing, and trying to get in touch with upper management about this, but there has been no response. To quote the email from the Dealer Principal upon purchasing the vehicle, "Please, be assured that this is not the end of our responsibility, We will complete the car buying experience by providing unprecedented levels of service, convenience, and personalized attention". Why say it at all? If you place value in your relationships with your customers the relationship should not solely consist of apologizing for vehicle deficiencies. More

Turned around a previous negative Dodge experience We were reluctant to purchase another Dodge vehicle after a very negative experience with the Okotoks dealership. We simply stopped by the showroom to check out the new jeep lineup, and drove out a few days later in a new Dodge Journey. We couldn't be happier with our decision and purchase, Nick was fantastic to work with and took our negative experience to heart and really made us feel heard and he worked hard to fix our "situation". We would recommend Nick to friends and family for their future car purchases. The other staff, Lanette and Darrell were both fantastic to deal with and made it a seamless experience from start to finish. More
