My recent purchase from Courtesy was 30% car and 70% customer service. As a matter of fact, I had a line on a private sale for the same vehicle at essentially the same price (from the original owner), yet I opted to purchase from these guys because they are very mindful and respectful of their client’s needs. I haven’t encountered the level of professionalism as I did from Ariel and Darrell in any other transactions, let alone a car purchase. Ariel was incredibly (and I mean incredibly) patient with us as we flip flopped on our desired vehicle. Ariel maintained open lines of communication with us and showed a dedication to customer surface that was –and is-- unparalleled by the numerous dealerships and private sellers we have encountered. Ariel and Darrel showed integrity in honoring an offer we made (even after pulling out initially) and made sure our purchase was exactly what we wanted. It sounds cheesy, but these guys were nothing but courteous and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. When it was all said and done, Marina T took care of the business side of things seamlessly. As I said, I typically don’t endorse dealerships or make direct reference to a sales team, but Ariel and Darrell have completely changed my view of customer service in the car industry.
