We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your Dealer Rater review, you did not share that experience. The purchase of a vehicle is the purchase of one of the largest assets in a person’s life. When a client is making that purchase, the amount of time it takes can vary. It depends on whether it is a financed term, a cash purchase or a combination of both. Taking the better part of an afternoon to complete such a large financial transaction is not unheard of in the industry. We value our client’s privacy and comfort when they are determining if the purchase of a vehicle is right for them, and we find music in our show room helps to increase the protection of private conversations. If the Comox Valley's radio stations are not to a client's liking, we accommodate, and adjust the volume to a level more comfortable for the requesting client. Our customer lounge is equipped with comfy seating, coffee, water, and popcorn! Our industry regulators mandate that we list all items included in the purchase price on the window sticker of the vehicle. We also disclose all of these value added accessories to consumers when they are presented with the purchase price and finance options, as well as break out such items on the bill of sale. We take the accusations of inaccuracy very seriously, and we have reviewed the deal file to ensure all items were disclosed to you prior to your purchase. If you wish to review your file with me, I am more than willing to discuss. We also want to address the comments you made about our staff’s behaviour after the sale, and would like you to know we have brought up with the team members involved and ensure you that they do now fully understand the level of professionalism that is expected of them at all times. We value our client’s insights into improving their time at our store, and this forum offers our clients an opportunity to show us how they feel about their experiences, and what we need to do to ensure we remain the number one Mazda Dealership in Canada. We want our team members to ask for reviews, and of course we love a positive review, but that should never over-shadow the experience, and we are sorry for that.
