Fantastic Service I started looking into upgrading my vehicle, but wasn't quite ready to commit to purchasing a new one. I contacted Courtenay Mazda, and Kourtney responded to me with lots of information. We talked a few times before I went in to meet with her and see my options. When I went in, it was really for more research than committing to a purchase, but I was treated no different than if I was buying a vehicle that day. Meeting Kourtney & Corey, they both spent time going over options, and answering all of my questions in such a friendly, professional way. The team there are really looking out for your best interest, and would not try to persuade you into buying something for the sole purpose of the sale. I would recommend speaking to Courtenay Mazda if you are in the market for a new car - even if it isn't a Mazda! They are so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I left knowing that the day I was ready to purchase a new vehicle, I'll be calling Kourtney to help - so thank you! More

Chantelle's style was not only very relax, she also had a big genuine smile, a happy personality, and a great sense of humour that somehow put me at complete ease when I chose my vehicle. She was very straightforward about the condition of the car (I got a pre-owned car) and solved all my questions and concerns readily. She was so good, she even recommended me a wonderful restaurant to go celebrate my new purchase, where I enjoyed a delicious elk sandwich for the first time in my life! Thanks so much Chantelle! I needed to see what a healthy good running specimen of this vehicle performed like. He took a lot of time and showed me a lot of things, filling me with knowledge regarding this special car. After a good test drive and a detailed presentation of the vehicle he did his job and offered to sell me the car. I appreciated the effort and told him so, but declined that day. About two weeks later I did put an offer on the car and he tried hard to make a deal. I however ended up purchasing a beautiful RX else where. I later serviced my car there and the service was excellent. Mike was always there to have a friendly chat with, and there were no hard feelings. Great experience! More

Took advantage of the fair exchange program I was unsatisfied with my original purchase, which took me about a month to collect , due to financing. Although I admired the unit, unfortunately I was unsatisfied with my original purchase, which took me about a month to collect , due to financing. Although I admired the unit, unfortunately it was not up to my expectations, on requesting to use my option of acquiring a different vehicle, Kourtenay was informed and no problem could be seen in making the exchange, (apart from paying the additional cost). All of those I dealt with were very professional in their various roles.. Was is uncanny I had been looking for the Mazda 5 which I am happy to say suits my needs in every way it will be used. Oh, and they make great coffee at the venue. Next up is getting my winter tires installed. More

Right away Kourtney made me feel at ease, More like I was talking to a friend than a sales person. I had done large amounts of research online before coming in and had a vehicle in mind. Kourtney took the time to listen to all of my needs and wants. She suggested that we go look at specific vehicle, (one I was not considering) I said no and insisted on test driving another unit I saw online. Long story short, I ended up not liking my original choice, choosing to go with her first suggestion. She took the time to actually listen to what I had to say and perfectly matched a car for me right off the bat. I could not be happier with my new ride. I will be recommending not only my friends but also my family to pay her a visit any time they need a new vehicle.
