This year and because cars have changed immensely since I last purchased a car, I decided to visit 3 dealerships and look at their Compact SUV. Was disappointed in the first two and as a result, did not kno last purchased a car, I decided to visit 3 dealerships and look at their Compact SUV. Was disappointed in the first two and as a result, did not know what to expect from the third one which was the Courtenay Mazda dealership. I made an appointment with Mike Milne to discuss the purchase of a Compact SUV. As soon as I walked into Mike’s office, I knew I was dealing with a knowledgeable professional who sincerely wanted to match my "wants and needs" with the right vehicle. He had answers for all my questions and concerns and knows Mazda vehicles at all levels, such as the plant where they are manufactured and assembled, the technical aspects involved in the assembly, the components, etc… He patiently explained all the new features, especially the electronics, which were new to me, in full details. Mike accompanied me on the trial drive to further explain the performance of the car. Although my intentions were to wait until after the Holiday Season, I felt confident in closing the deal and proudly drove away with a new 2021 Mazda CX-5 on December 14, 2020. Would I recommend Courtenay Mazda? Yes I would. Would I recommend Mike Milne? Especially and Absolutely! Good Chocolate too! More

We worked with Mel and Sanjay. Both of them were very pleasant to deal with. We went to the dealership and saw the CX 5 we wanted. While we were on a test drive, Mel had the dealership looked over our 20 pleasant to deal with. We went to the dealership and saw the CX 5 we wanted. By then it was closing, so we said we would e-mail when we got home (we wanted some additional accessories) Next day we drove to the dealership and came home with the new vehicle! More

Earlier this year my husband and I were lucky enough to meet with Mike Milne to purchase our second Mazda! My poor Protege 5 finally needed to be upgraded to a used Mazda 3 with Sky Active Technology t meet with Mike Milne to purchase our second Mazda! My poor Protege 5 finally needed to be upgraded to a used Mazda 3 with Sky Active Technology that Mike was selling. He was very patient with us as we had to come over from the Mainland up to Courtney to test drive and see it in real life. We hummed and hawed as it did have some bruises from the previous owner but Mike waited with great patience as we came back with more questions. It is now 8 months later and we are so happy with our decision!! BEST CAR EVER!
