Kourtney was super friendly, not pushy and very understanding. She made it a very great, personal experience. I initially went in looking for a used car, she showed me my options with a great deal on a new mazda. In the most sincere and nice way possible. We went for 2 test drives, and I knew which one I wanted. She passed me on to Logan in the Finance Department. Super guy! Friendly, relaxed and understanding. After a few opinion changes between the test drives and the proposal of payments, I had 2 used cars I wanted to look at. Kourtney stayed late to make that happen! Logan showed me my options, exactly where I said I wanted to be in price and timing. We put that on hold, test drive the other car's and decided to price out one of those. Any who, ended up going with the used Toyota. I left the dealership at 830pm, Kourtney had the car filled and plates on. Logan had all the paper work ready and right on target for my budget. Hands down the best experience I have ever had dealing with dealerships and sales people. Highly recommend Courtenay Mazda, Kourtney Egan, and Logan Soley!!! More
