Straightforward buying experience Looking for a replacement for our 2009 VW Jetta TDI brought me to Courtenay Mazda and Barry Davis. I test drove the new 2017 CX-5 GT and was impresse Looking for a replacement for our 2009 VW Jetta TDI brought me to Courtenay Mazda and Barry Davis. I test drove the new 2017 CX-5 GT and was impressed by it's quiet, composed yet "sporty" ride. Spent the next month researching and test driving other vehicles and finally settled on the CX-5. After a number of emails back and forth, trying to find a vehicle with the color combination and features that we wanted, I placed a factory order at the dealership with Barry and Chad. The easiest, most straightforward vehicle purchase I've ever made. Took 3 months to get the vehicle delivered from the factory in Japan but finalizing the delivery at the dealership was completely hassle free. All upgrades, dealer options, financing terms and extended warranties were explained and offered by Logan but there was no pressure. Drove away with the new vehicle 2 hours after arriving, fully insured with a full tank of gas. More
