I gave 4 stars because nothing is perfect and their after purchase follow up, automatic scheduling of car maintenance is not for me and some of the questions that were deeper in terms of car info pre -purchase were not addressed the way I hoped. But hey, I'm a grown up and I can handle it. I grew up around mechanics and I am in sales so I a few of the notes during the pitch fell flat. Regardless....strong sales oriented and customer service oriented team. Just wanted the car once I purchased and not the follow up. I'd be back if there was something negative to report, trust me!
