Dissatisfied service dept customer I recently booked a "B" service on my 2016 MAZDA CX3 after being contacted numerous times and feeling under pressure to book this appt. I had questio I recently booked a "B" service on my 2016 MAZDA CX3 after being contacted numerous times and feeling under pressure to book this appt. I had questions about this (it was time for) yearly service on my car and after reviewing the bill I decided to inquire as to the high cost. When I approached the service dept manager KYLE SCHOUTEN with questions regarding the cost of this service after I had it done, I was spoken to in a condescending manner and was pretty much dismissed. MIKE MILNE If you put your cell phone number on your business card you should expect calls to it. So much for "call me ANYTIME with any concerns and I'll be happy to help you" If I could zero star this rating I would. More

Professional & helpful. I was making the dealership rounds recently and encountered Karissa on my final stop for the day at Courtenay Mazda. Not only was she friendly and sup I was making the dealership rounds recently and encountered Karissa on my final stop for the day at Courtenay Mazda. Not only was she friendly and super approachable, not once did she make me feel pressured to buy a car. This was so refreshing after dealing with multiple sales people who just did the same old song and dance. Karissa listened to my needs and made suggestions accordingly. Not only will I be back next week to purchase my new Mazda3, but I will be recommending her to all my friends and family for when they need to buy a car.
