An Outstanding Sales Experiencd! I had the privledge of working with Karissa Tynes whole looking for a quality used vehicle. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She listened care I had the privledge of working with Karissa Tynes whole looking for a quality used vehicle. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She listened carefully to my expressed needs and suggested the most appropriate vehicles for my examination, review, and where appropriate, a test drive that included a wide variety of road conditions to enable me to experience vehicle handling, sound levels, braking and other common conditions. WhenI indicated that I was not prepared to purchase any of the vehicles she asked me about the features that I found most andleast satisfactory. I am unusually tall in my upper body so the clearance of my head is very important to me. I also live in aa area where FWD or AWD is required. After discussing alternatives included in demonstrators and other possible alternatives she assured me, although I had not yet purchased a vehicle she would look carefully for a vehicle that would meet my particular needs. A few hours later I checked my emails and found a gracious note from her and a reassurance that she would continue to search for the vehicle I was looking for. In summary if other sales people used Karissa as their role model the old stereotype of the used care dealer would soon bed replaced as a person of integrity, intelligence and an extraordinary ability to listen to customer needs. The car is serviced regularly at Courtenay Mazda. 2 months ago I requested that they wax the car when it was in for service. ( I had heard it was going to be a HOT summer).
