I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike after my car had been written of in an accident. I went looking on a Sunday when no dealers would be around. I was greeted by Tom, Sales Manager, who very quickly determ I was very impressed with Courtenay Mazda from the minute I walked in to the Dealership! I was greeted by Tom, Sales Manager, who very quickly determined what inventory best suited my needs, from there I was turned over to Binas, my Product Consultant. Binas was well informed, professional and best of all, not pushy or aggressive. I had originally planned to visit other manufacturers but that changed when I was able to drive used versions of their product. With those eliminated buying a new Mazda was the best choice for me. Thanks to Chad the paperwork on the purchase was effortless. A big shout out to Tom, Binas and Chad, well done. More
