Honesty and genuine concern for me in my car search process I visited Courtenay Mazda on a big day, their celebration sales event on Aug. 26th. I was interested in a couple of the used Mazda 3s but also open to other options. Zach met me at the door and proceeded to come along for the test drive process. At no point did I feel undue pressure to buy a car that day but instead I received a $50 gasoline voucher just for test driving a vehicle. Zach listened to me to help me work out what type of vehicle would suit my purposes. He suggested various other models on the lot and was willing to do the research to tell me more about them. In the end, I did not purchase a vehicle from him, but I certainly would recommend dealing with Zach at Courtenay Mazda. More

Despite some time crunch issues that were unavoidable the day of the final purchase and pick up, the 2 year old used car looked as if it were basically brand new after the body work and detailing. It was an amazing value and we could not be happier with our purchase! Gaye, Corey and the entire team did a fantastic job and not only will we be referring them to friends and family but we also hope to purchase a truck from them in the near future as well!
