Harassing phone calls about who should have gotten the commission on the vehicle we bought, the reminders from our salesperson that we got an amazing deal and that they could have sold this vehicle at a higher price point. I should have been excited to buy my first truck, instead I felt like I was put in the middle of high school drama. It completely ruined my first buying experience. That being said, our dealings with Parag were exceptional. He was a knowledgeable and trustworthy financial person. He worked with us to keep us informed on our new vehicle, and listened to our concerns. 10/10 dealing with Parag! Overall, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, and will take any future business elsewhere. More
I am writing a review regarding the prolonged delay in the delivery of my Toyota Sienna (Booking No. 78783), which I booked on April 22, 2022. I put a deposit of $1000 At the time of booking, I was informed by the agent that the vehicle would be delivered within 12 months. However, it has now been over three years, and despite countless follow-up calls and inquiries, I have yet to receive any concrete update or satisfactory explanation from Toyota or the dealership. This situation has caused significant distress, both mentally and emotionally. I find it unacceptable that such a long delay has occurred without transparency or resolution. More
I recently purchased a used FJ Cruiser and was assisted by Tony. He was very helpful and when I locked the keys in my new FJ (palm to forehead) he had a couple of the mechanics assist in getting me back in by Tony. Very dishonest, lying to get people into the door. Was told the corolla hybrid le coming in would be 32-33k all in. I had a 7:30 AM recall appointment and ended up waiting an hour and a half because I was not informed—or perhaps did not hear—that my tag needed to be given to staff. Gary Wong assisted me at the service desk—he was courteous, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. His calm and helpful demeanor made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. While waiting, I was able to enjoy a coffee in the lounge, which was a nice touch and made the experience even more comfortable. Since Farouk wasn't in until later in the day, another team member, Samer Safadi, took the time to speak with me. He answered my questions and also shared how much he enjoys working at Country Hills Toyota—which really stood out. It’s always great to hear when employees are genuinely happy at their workplace. I’ll be returning on June 6th to complete the service as part of my “Smart Care” package. Based on this visit, I can confidently say the staff here truly go the extra mile. This is customer service done right—and it’s clear that management genuinely cares about how customers are treated. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a great experience! More
