This dealership engages in a dishonest and unethical way of doing business from sales to finance. I was looking for a used car so I can manage the payment within my safe limit. That same day April 13, she forwarded us to the finance mgr Rajpal for quotations. Just the quotations coz we are just inquiring. But did not give us the quotations we were expecting. To make the story short, Discrepancy and fluctuations in the prices were evident and failure to disclose additional charges has been discovered upon reading. Its like you are being held captives of their own terms without you aware of it. Their Rav4 was overpriced and it was not disclose by Raj. Cindee told us that our deposit will no longer be refunded which is againts consumer rights. As a purchaser we have the right to be informed, have a choice, a voice, and redress. Which obviously has been violated by them. They were also pushy in giving a perfect review in google and toyota. They want perfecet score not just 9 but 10.. perfect 10. When you ask Cindee why did she told us that its 4.99% interests before. She denied saying it and said "you talk to Raj I'm not in finance". Denied everything now but when we first met her she acted as if she knows everything." I can show you the quotations" she said before. It was witnessed by my mom and husband thats why we were persuaded to get brand new instead of getting affordable used car at first. They were very friendly and pleasant at first but after asking a lot of questions, which you really need to do, their true colors shown. They will make a lot of promises that they will broke after you signed. Try to avoid this dealership to save you from headaches and wrong decisions. More

Hi, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the prolonged delay in the delivery of my Toyota Sienna (Booking No. 78783) attached copy, which I booked on April 22, 2022. (Almost 4 Year regarding the prolonged delay in the delivery of my Toyota Sienna (Booking No. 78783) attached copy, which I booked on April 22, 2022. (Almost 4 Years) At the time of booking, I was informed by the agent that the vehicle would be delivered within 12 months. However, it has now been almost four years, and despite countless follow-up calls and inquiries, I have yet to receive any concrete update or satisfactory explanation from Toyota Canada or the dealership. This situation has caused significant distress, both mentally and emotionally. I find it unacceptable that such a long delay has occurred without transparency or resolution. I kindly request an urgent update on the status of my vehicle, including a clear timeline for delivery. I request that Toyota Japan provide an official explanation along with available options for compensation. I am also informing, that I reserve the right to pursue legal action. I will proceed accordingly, and all associated legal costs will be the responsibility of both the Toyota dealership and the Toyota Canada. Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Harassing phone calls about who should have gotten the commission on the vehicle we bought, the reminders from our salesperson that we got an amazing deal and that they could have sold this vehicle at a higher price point. I should have been excited to buy my first truck, instead I felt like I was put in the middle of high school drama. It completely ruined my first buying experience. That being said, our dealings with Parag were exceptional. He was a knowledgeable and trustworthy financial person. He worked with us to keep us informed on our new vehicle, and listened to our concerns. 10/10 dealing with Parag! Overall, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, and will take any future business elsewhere. More

I recently purchased a used FJ Cruiser and was assisted by Tony. He was very helpful and when I locked the keys in my new FJ (palm to forehead) he had a couple of the mechanics assist in getting me back in by Tony. I had a 7:30 AM recall appointment and ended up waiting an hour and a half because I was not informed—or perhaps did not hear—that my tag needed to be given to staff. When I asked for help, a female employee’s tone was condescending, arrogant, and completely unacceptable, insisting I should have known the procedure from signs I never saw. As a result, I left frustrated and will not be purchasing a vehicle from Country Hills Toyota. They just lost a potential customer due to poor service. More
