Pathetic I bought a car from countryhills hyundai in may 2016. Theirlam service was exceptionally well, like the best in the world. Until... and I say again un I bought a car from countryhills hyundai in may 2016. Theirlam service was exceptionally well, like the best in the world. Until... and I say again until... they got everything signed from me. Theno they showed their true colours. They sold me a remote car starter for 1300cad and the same to my friend for 650cad. I asked for the difference back. No chance. Fought for 2 months, all in vain. 2nd experience, booked my 1st service. They charged me for 2nd. I did the survey on that. Got a call back on my bad survey for asking me the reason. I asked to call back as I am at work. Forget it. No one called back. Ended up paying for nothing. 3rd experience, they booked me for installing remote starter for 9am to 11am. It was 2.30pm, car not ready yet. I went to ask if it can be Lil faster, they offered me the key if I don't want to get it done. I have never experienced the rudeness ever at any given time. It was the finance manager Eddie. I believe, little or no hair, glasses. Very rude. Pathetic service. I asked to see a manager to bring the issue, he did not do anything about it. Just told me it's going to be an hour from now. The only person stayed calm and listened to me was the receptionist Kieu. Without her being there, I would have exploded on these rascals. Never ever buy any car from this country hills hyundai location. Hope this is an eye opener for many of you More

This time at CountryHills Hyundai we purchased from a stranger who in 48 hours made us feel like we were buying from another friend. Malcolm Bulloch listened to our concerns and wishes and provided us with a sense of comfort as we progressed to our final decision: as his business card states, he is a product specialist answering all our questions and even ones we didn't think to ask. Malcolm introduced us to Nam Duong (finance) and Kyron Purdy (customer experience) who in their capacity continued to make our purchase a delightful experience. Kudos to all the stafff, from reception and to the other personnel thanks for making us feel at ease,comfortable and satisfied. Thanks Malcolm for sending us home with a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and smiles on our faces. Well done. More

Even after the deal they threat me that if i walked away , my credit history will go against me. I got used hailed car Sonata 2015 in $ 23500 but at the time of deal the cost was $17500. But with such a nice trick they took my signature on bill of sale $23500 . So please whoever go there don't Sign any paper before u het everything done. Because after they won't listen you. They will ask you to wait for 3 hours or more but after long waited they give no result. Such a xxxxxxxx experience. I bought car first time and they teach me a very good lesson that don't trust them in future or any other dealer too. Never seen such a xxxxxxxx customer service and people. More
