Poor service I bought a demo model from them and payed for it to be certified pre-owned and the ensured me th vehicle would be like new. They drove the car prior to me picking it up and got a rock chip in the front window while they were driving it. They filled the hole and would not replace the windshield. This is not like buying a new car having a noticeable chip in the windshield. Then I called to discuss the situation and the salesperson talked down to me and told me they could just drill out the hole and fix it. He made me an appointment to have it fixed. I wasted my time bringing the vehicle in just to be told they couldn’t do anything about it. The manager will not call me back and the salesperson will not return my emails. More

Azeem and Wellington both went above and beyond to make this a great experience and displayed professionalism. We highly recommend dealing with Azeem and Wellington. They also gave a good value for our trade-in and we were really impressed by how organized and smooth everything was. Nam made sure that the finance process goes quick so we can drive back with the new vehicle. More

Took me in right away with no appointment, checked things o Service person was polite got a tech to check out the problem quickly with no scheduled appointment couldn’t fix the tire, put on the spare and ordere Service person was polite got a tech to check out the problem quickly with no scheduled appointment couldn’t fix the tire, put on the spare and ordered a new tire which came the following day and was installed that day. That's what XAVIER NAVARRETE, a sales managet witj Countryhills Hyundai tried to do. They made me a pay REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WHICH THEY CLASSIFIED AS TOTALLY REFUNDABLE EVEN IF I DONT GET A VEHUCLE WITH THEM. BY the end of our discussion on that given day, I concluded I wasn't able to get the vehicle which did not have all the features I was looking for in the price. I agreed with the immediate sales person that was dealing with me and agreed I was coming for my refund by the next work day. I arrived at their office on our agreed date and time, only for the sales person to tell me his manager, XAVIER NAVARRETE said I couldn't get my deposit back. I asked to speak with him and when he came to me, he asked for me to explain my situation which I wasn't expecting since he already knew why I was at their office. The moment I started explaining to him, he stood up on me (INTIMIDATION), said he wasn't making my refund and that he will hold on to the refund until I'm ready to get a vehicle with them. I told him he can't force me to get a vehicle from them as the deposit clearly stated REFUNDABLE.. XAVIER NAVARRETE then asked me, what are you going to do? I'm not giving you the money and walked out on me. Meanwhile the original sales person kept on pleading with me and apologizing on behalf of his RUDE MANAGER. Their finance manager eventually stepped in and approved my refund back to my payment card. XAVIER NAVARRETE's is AN APPALING MISCONDOCUT AND DOES NOT DEPICT A GOOD IMAGE LF COUNTRYHILLS HYUNDAI TO THEIR CUSTIMER REGARDLESS OF RACE AND COLOR. More

He did his absolute best to accommodate my every request; took the time to explain in detail each of the fees and what they represent. His dedication to his customer is a priority and was made obvious when he chose to deliver the.vehicle himself, completed all additional set-up (Bluetooth, plates, etc.) on a day that he was not even working! His kindness, patience and upbeat attitude made this entire process a positive and smooth experience. More
