Good afternoon vfjdragoon8. Thanks for your feedback I’m sorry to hear your experience with our dealership hasn’t been what you expected, I looked thru our records and found you have indeed been in here with us for service a few times because of the engine light on your vehicle, as discussed with our service advisor the repair on your vehicle will have to be taken step by step given that your vehicle was brought in with a rebuilt status, consequently it will be hard to assess the actual cause of the light in just one appointment, our technician worked on assessing the problem according with what the scan machine and codes indicated however and again because of the REBUILT status of the vehicle we had to bring you in for one more time to reassess the situation when the engine light returned, as you may already know Rebuilt vehicles have suffered damage enough that can be destructive to a car’s structural integrity, even if repairs were comprehensive enough preventing us to assess the problem in one appointment, I want to assure we tried our best on getting this resolved as quickly as possible and we even offered Valet service and pay either labor or parts on your repair but you refused. Dear Mrs. Zhetpisova, First of all I want to offer you an apology for the inconveniences mentioned I have verified our records for the date you came in and they indicate your vehicle was towed in due to an intermittently starting problem, I can also see that our service advisor informed you at the moment you arrived at the shop that since your vehicle was just towed in without an appointment it will be a bit of a wait as there were other vehicles already in the shop, she even offered to shuttle or UBER you to your house so you can be at home on your son’s first day of school but you declined saying you will wait. Furthermore, as part of the VIP program we offer our clients priority when servicing vehicle and we always try to accommodate you as much as we can however we always depend on how many vehicles are in the shop already. In any case I have called you and left a voice mail so we can discuss this further and ensure there are no misunderstandings, and to rectify any other concerns you may have. I do not see this as an apology. I see this as we told you so. First, she said: i will note that you will wait. Which puts me in a waiting area. Second, she came up after two hours of wating and said: you car is next, would like a suttle now. I said NO because My car was Next. Next then meant 3 hours!! And it was as simple as battery in a key! I wouldn't be able to take my son to school anyways. Be considerate. That was all i was asking! And lying about all the customers are VIP ...please. I get it. Waiting for 5 hours doesn't expalin anything. And even still i continued coming just because the sales team is great.
