As the Quality Assurance Manager I took it upon myself to look into your case in hopes we could resolve the issue as soon as possible. I talked to the Service Manger, and he informed me they completed the tail gate arm while you waited on a later date to fix their mistake. I was also informed your father explained how the fuel gauge was reset due to the updates preformed during the recall process. Good afternoon, I apologize for your recent experience with our Service Department and thank you for bringing it to our attention. As the Quality Assurance Manager, I have gone directly to the Service Manager to determine what happened and how we can keep it from happening again. I also know that the Service Manager has left several messages with you to apologize as well. If you look at the top of your invoice, you will see that the name on your service file was spelled “EGRO”, this is from when it was first put into the Service system. When you filed the paperwork for your account it was of course spelled correctly as “ERGO”. When the accountant did the search to see if you have an account, he was supplied with “EGRO” which of course came back with no match. I have fixed the company name in the Service files and also put a note on both trucks that you are okay to write company cheques. This problem should not happen again!! I again apologize and hope you are satisfied with how we have dealt with the situation.
