Went in for a standard oil change and transmission fluid change. We were told it would cost around $400. When we came to pick the car up we were slapped with a $680 bill and when asked where the extra charg change. We were told it would cost around $400. Initial service was good. I had done a lot of research so knew exactly I wanted so there really was no too much that they had to do and it was a cash sale an easy sale for them. I had purchased additionally the drop box for the bin and a hard top cover. When I went to pick up the truck 4 days later these items weee missing. The sales rep didn’t even notice and then it was oh I am sorry and I had to wait for another hour. I found this disappointing as they really didn’t have to work hard for our business More

I have always found the staff at Concept Ford to be friendly and courteous from service check in to the actual service personnel all the way through payment. On occasion the estimates of repair time friendly and courteous from service check in to the actual service personnel all the way through payment. On occasion the estimates of repair time have been very different to the estimates, but I do realize that there are sometimes emergency repairs which must take priority and some delays due to obtaining parts, but in general they are pretty accurate.
