Have now bought 3 cars: 1 new and 2 used from here! First of all, the sales people and the sales and finance managers are all top notch. Then just as important, the technicians are the best in town. And parts is great as well. I am sorry to see the occasional bad experience reviewed (here) but things happen. That has certainly not been my experience, this time with salesman Eric Meilleur (that means "Best"), and he is. After agreeing on a payment and telling me to come over, I take a ferry and get there to find out deceptively they put 7500$ as a down payement and never told me however they told me my payment was met as per my request. Once i voiced my discomfort the blame got pushed one ME and tried to make as if I was stupid to expect that with no money down. (Keeping in mind I had said 0 down to the sales manager and to the finance manager when he took my credit app the night before) I cannot believe the level of disorganization at this dealership we just got a brand new GTI a month ago only 1 key and 3 payments for our old car have come out and none for our new car, we then get mailed papers witnout any notice expected to sign new papers for 8$ more a month, um did we not already take delivery? Nice try Comox Valley Volkswagen but that will be the LAST vehicle I buy or recommend. Atleast buy me lunch if your going to try and xxxx me. More
