Not a good experience Me and my dad visited the dealership on Sep 23, 2019. We met two of sales advisers (GP and Raj), they seemed honest and helpful. There was a big sale going on (clear out event) I ended up buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude with a good discount and so far I am happy with my purchase. During the fiance paper work we met Tessa Moffat, who suggested some plans including Secure drive (cost about 2,200$), platinum Autocare (4,042.50$) and Rim and tire protection (about 1000$). I purchased all three plans. On Oct 17, I called the Securedrive customer service to cancel my Secure drive plan as I knew I have thirty days to cancel my plan without penalty. They let me know that I have to cancel my plan through the dealership and they suggested I contact the dealership. I did so and I talked to a fiance adviser but he said he can't help me as Tessa enrolled me in the program and she is the one who has to cancel it and he will leave a message for Tessa. Next day I called again as I didn't hear back from them. I tried to talk to Tessa but she didn't pick up. I called again and I left a message and my no with reception. But I didn't hear back so called again. I think I called more than 20 times within last 8 days. I left message on Shaun's voice mail. I talked to Jeremy twice and he said he will see Tessa and he is gonna talk to her. I even left a message for Justin Gebara (their general manager) and yet no response. More
