This was my first car shopping experience and I was expecting to be lured into a costly ordeal. The process was surprisingly pleasant and this is largely because FJ's primary care was that my husband and I got a good deal for our money. We had initially identified a different car online to test drive, however it was already sold by the time we got around to it. So he kept his word by letting us know when a similar deal opened about a week later. The quoted price was competitive based on our shopping around for the same make of car before making a purchase decision. He was responsive with text messages through the process of identifying the financing with my bank (which was better than dealership rate given the super-low prime rates in current market), getting the required documentation and additional incentives. Of course the usual negotiation on pricing and financing is inevitable but it was clear that there was greater weight towards ensuring that we got something that met our key needs I would certainly recommend connecting with FJ on your next car purchase for a more humane experience.
