The dealership itself is very nice. Tano (sales) was very easy to deal with and was very helpful. But I was very disappointed with management and what they did to me, I drove 4.5 hours for a trade in t very easy to deal with and was very helpful. But I was very disappointed with management and what they did to me, I drove 4.5 hours for a trade in that was appraised by management only to arrive and be told that they will not honour t he price for my trade in. It was a slap in The face to drive that far and then be seated down to say they are literally taking thousands of your trade in value. That’s not how business is done. Other than that the transaction was great, but be careful if you are driving from out of town. Management didn’t even seem to care that my fiancé and I drove 4.5 hours. I ended up getting burnt a few thousand dollars. I was not happy! More
