I came in expecting the regular car salesman experience and was happily completely wrong! This dealership has a different business model than the norm and it really shows. My sales rep was Mohamed Ali and and was happily completely wrong! This dealership has a different business model than the norm and it really shows. My sales rep was Mohamed Ali and he was professional, respectful, and genuinely wanting me to have a good experience. I kept trying to see through what he was saying as wanting to swindle me somehow since I’ve had some bad interactions at other dealerships. But again, I was totally wrong. There were no sneaky tricks. He was just straight up honest. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible and the whole way through - even after I had already paid - it was clear he was working in my interest. If you don’t believe what I just wrote, go to Columbia Chrysler and ask for Mohamed! My only regret is that I probably won’t get a chance to buy a car from Mohamed again since we’re hoping this van lasts for 15 years, and I’m not lucky enough for him to still be there at that point. More
