I can't rate it with 5 stars however because when I got my vehicle it was missing some accessories that were included in the packages I bought, and I had to wait over a week to receive them. Also it would be more convenient to be able to order additional parts over the phone rather than having to make a trip back to order them in person. But overall, my experience was very positive and I do recommend this dealer. Thank you! More

Some of the reception staff are not very professional in how they deal with clients as compared to other dealerships (depends who you speak to as it does vary)They can give you inaccurate information such as how long a task will take and what the next steps. The older shuttle driver can be downright rude as i have heard him talk very rudely and abruptly to customers on a few occasions. He seems to get frustrated and angry easily and needs to realize that he has a job because of customers. Would be an excellent dealership if the service department got some trainning in how to be polite. More
