Now, I say on paper because you know how sometimes you don't always receive what you ordered or when your suppose to receive it. Well....I received exactly what I ordered and exactly when I was told I was going to receive it. I can't imagine this is an easy task when something is being built in Mexico. Initially they were great. Then came the nightmare of getting the service i was promised. It was my mistake for not getting it in writing. I was told that i still had warranty and to bring it to a garage getting the service i was promised. It was my mistake for not getting it in writing. I was told that i still had warranty and to bring it to a garage to get fixed. When i submitted the bill they denied thats what they said (they said i was confused) and stiffed me for the bill. Kinda hard to be confused when they said YES YOU HAVE WARRANTY LEFT. It was the classic bait and switch. Note to all that deal with these scammers GET IT IN WRITING !!!! Will not deal with these ripoff artist again. They truly live up to the used car dealer image. Right on guys!!! More
