"Great Experience "

I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 Toyota Corolla at Collingwood Toyota. My sales consultant, Ed Akitt, was knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire experience. He gave me all the information I needed and then allowed me to take my time when deciding to move forward with purchasing the car. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. The entire Toyota team was exceptional. Vicki Rose and Kathryn Livingstone in the Financial department were great. Samantha Walker spent an hour explaining all the features in my new car. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them again in the future.

"Incompetent Service Reps"

I was please when they took my car in quickly, but it was all down hill from there. Upon arrival they reviewed the complaint and I signed for diagnostic work. The lady at the service desk said I would get a call about work to be done, but it should be complete by noon. At 12:45 I called the service desk because I had not heard from them. I was told my car was ready for pick up. I asked how can that be when I didn't get a call with a work estimate. I was told my heat shield was loose, but was fixed. If it happened to come loose again I would have to get it replaced. So, I made arrangements to leave work early and pick up my car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was presented with a piece of paper and the lady started talking as thought about $500 of work had been done. When I said that I don't understand because I never approved the work, a man jumped in and was VERY rude, dismissive and condiscending towards me. It was just an estimate for possible future work, but that wasn't clear to me because no one was communicating that. THEN IT GETS BETTER. I paid $100 only to get in my car and it sounded the same. NOTHING FIXED. So I've lost 4 hours of work time, and I'm no further ahead. I went back inside and complained, so they sent out a young mechanic to drive around with me. I pulled over and he said "yeah, I got the one heat shield fastened back on, but this one needs to be replaced. I put an estimate in." So clearly there was also a lack of communication between the techs and service reps. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back, but I am utterly disgusted with the way I was treated by the service people at Collingwood Toyota. If they had communicated openly with me, I could have made a decision to have the heat shield completely replaced. I won't be back, EVER.

"customer service "

I got the new car from Toyota dealership, collingwood. I got fully loaded with every updated in the car. But after two year I found there is no heated seat and I spoke to the manager at collingwood dealership they say we didnot charged but my question is that I spoke to the person on that time and and they make mistake in this. Also about GPS system, that is faulty equipment installed in the car (I already complain them in the fourth month regarding this) and now dealership manager raise the hand and not able to fix this or change the new. It means that they provide faulty equipment in the car with fully priced but not good reply. I will never suggest to buy toyota car. How can we trust this brand?
