Head light misshap Brought my truck in for some work and to also get my driver side headlight fixed. The said it was the wiring harness clip that was the problem. They replaced it and when I got my vehicle home I noticed that I have one low beam light and one high beam light on. Not only did they incorrectly wire the part but the broke a plastic clip, left a screw for my front grill out which I found on a cross member, didn't clip the grill in properly, the under hood light was left just dangling. With the quality of the workmanship I didn't want them touching my truck anymore. So I went back to ask for a refund for the cost of the labour and said I would fix it properly myself. They denied that request and said the best they can do is an in house credit for the labour. So now I payed them labour for something I have to fix myself and I did refuse the credit because I will never be back. My service advisor Dustin P. was helpful and seemed distressed for my situation but his hands were tied since his service manager wouldn't do anything for me. The service manager didn't even bother to come and talk to me. More

They consistently have the best price on vehicles I have purchased, so much in fact, that Dean Yawney has sold me two vehicles within the past six months. The service department has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my concerns have been addressed. This is very difficult to find in a dealership nowadays. Jeff Ulmer sourced the truck I wanted I went too Cochrane Dodge on my brother in law's advice( he knows Jeff's family). Jeff listened to what I wanted, didn't have one on the lot, but foun I went too Cochrane Dodge on my brother in law's advice( he knows Jeff's family). I was initially looking at the 2016 Ram's offered on the incentive plans at the time with suitable requirements for hauling horses with a 18 foot gooseneck trailer. I dealt with Jeffry Ulmer (who was extremely patient with me), and he found me the truck which suited my needs. I could not be happier with the service and advice I received from Jeffry U, his due diligence in finding me the truck I needed/wanted and at a price comparable to or below similar trucks offered at other dealerships in southern Alberta. In my dealings with Jeffry, I never felt pressured to purchase a truck which did not suit my needs/wants - exactly the opposite, Jeffry was more concerned with finding me the truck I needed! More

Two weeks ago I paid them a $1000 holding deposit to confirm I was **interested** in a specific vehicle. At no point was any legally binding paperwork signed which obliged me to go ahead and purchase this vehicle. Last Saturday the vehicle was brought in and I went to view it and drive for the first time. I was disappointed with how cheap it felt inside. I decided not to go ahead with the purchase. This dealership have flatly refused to refund my $1000 deposit, on the basis of the amount of "time invested" bringing this vehicle in and "time invested" in the transaction so far. **No legally binding documents** were signed at any point stating that this deposit was non-refundable. I have just been in to the dealership and spoken with the most rude, arrogant salesman, Richard Hokey, who physically stood up out of his chair and walked over to me in a threatening manner when I challenged him about the fact that this is now theft. I will be pursuing the refund of my money with AMVIC and reporting them to the BBB. They claim to be a family business but never in my life have I come across such an immoral business of total circus monkeys and scam artists. DO NOT purchase a vehicle with these people. More
